Attorney At Law
Kaitlin King practices in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. In addition to these concentrated areas of law, Kaitlin also handles a variety of other types of civil matters. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Kaitlin worked as a law clerk for the firm while she was in law school.
Kaitlin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in May 2019. During her time in law school, she participated in the school’s Health Advocacy Clinic where she developed a solid foundation of skills in advocacy, writing, and client communications. Upon graduation, Kaitlin was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Student Award from the Clinical Legal Education Association for her excellence in the clinical program. In addition to her participation in the Health Advocacy Clinic, Kaitlin was involved in a number of other organizations. She served as the Executive Research Editor for the Law Review, was the Vice President for the Professionalism and Ethics Society, and served as the Philanthropy Chair for the legal fraternity, Delta Theta Phi.
Prior to law school, Kaitlin attended the University of Missouri where she received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology. In addition, she also received a minor in business and a certificate in multicultural studies.
